6. MyGroupy authentication SMS Terms
Purpose and consent. If you choose phone authentication, enter a number you control and affirmatively request authentication SMS, MyGroupy sends a one-time verification code for that request. This includes explicit resend and recovery requests. SMS consent is optional and separate from agreement to general Terms. Email sign-up is available without SMS consent. We do not use this consent for advertising, friend invitations or another app.
Frequency and cost. Normally one text is sent per code request; the total varies with your requests. MyGroupy does not charge you an SMS program subscription fee. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and restarting. Reply STOP to stop SMS from the sender. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. If you later wish to resume, follow the sender's supported START instructions and make a new deliberate authentication request. We do not bypass an opt-out. When an approved number is shared by apps, a sender-level opt-out can affect all texts from that number; consent remains separate for each app.
Help. Reply HELP or contact DominicMurray24@outlook.com. Do not email passwords or verification codes. A support response time is not guaranteed. Stopping SMS or losing a phone number may prevent phone-code access; an alternative method works only if it is actually available for your account.
Delivery. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of carrier filtering, coverage, outages or other conditions. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Codes expire; do not rely on SMS for emergencies. Do not share codes with anyone.
Privacy. Authentication is processed by our service providers. Mobile information is not sold or shared for another party's promotions, and SMS originator consent is not transferred to another program. See the SMS privacy section.

12. MyHelp authentication SMS Terms
Choice and purpose. Enter a number you control and affirmatively request a MyHelp verification text at a screen that explains SMS delivery. An initially unchecked SMS consent control is proposed for the pre-release flow. SMS is optional: available email sign-in and verification can be used instead. SMS consent is separate from general app agreement and is not a condition of a purchase. It covers only requested verification codes, including deliberate resends; it does not cover marketing, invitations, workplace updates or another app.
Frequency and charges. Normally one message is sent for each code request; frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. MyHelp does not charge an SMS-program subscription fee. These conditions do not authorize a paid app subscription.
Stop and help. Reply STOP to stop texts from the sender. One opt-out confirmation may be sent. Further authentication SMS must not bypass the opt-out. Supported START instructions and a new deliberate request are needed to resume. Reply HELP or email DominicMurray24@outlook.com. If Twilio approves a shared sender, STOP can affect both apps. Use an available alternative sign-in method or contact support; this is not a promise of automatic recovery of a phone-only account.
Delivery and privacy. Carrier filtering, coverage and outages can delay or prevent delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not share codes or rely on this program for emergency communication. The MyHelp SMS privacy addendum and full MyHelp Privacy notice explain processing. Mobile information is not sold or shared for another party's marketing, and messaging consent is not transferred between apps.
Before launch. MyHelp must implement the described consent controls, request/consent records, public links and STOP/HELP handling before sending. The planned flow below is a specification, not a claim of an implemented native screen or approved number. Reading this page alone provides no consent and enrolls nobody. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Program disclosures dated October17,2026; contact Dominic Murray at the email above.
